My client is one of the most successful innovators in their sector with Number 1 & 2 brands in all their primary markets. They are now seeking to recruit an effective Technical manager to lead and develop the team and drive new product development and process development for one of their household brands.

You will work effectively with the teams in R&D, Regulatory and Commercial teams to ensure seamless startup and launch of new products. Being able to influence a wide range of business functions is critical as is the ability to manage around 12 NPD projects concurrently with implementation timelines over the next 4 - 5 years.

You will manage the process to ensure robust, reproducible and efficient manufacturing processes are transferred into production and oversee cost, quality and customer service levels at both internal manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers.

Requirements for this role:

Degree in Sciences or Engineering In-depth knowledge & experience of manufacturing technology

Work experience in the Pharmaceuticals / FMCG sectors

Knowledge of UK, EU & FDA standards and legislation

Self driven & motivated
