Qualification in a food related discipline desirable but not essential

Overall Role Summary:
Based in a highly pressurised food manufacturing environment, this important administration support role will work closely with the technical team in maintaining and developing the technical documentation for the business.
• Support in the preparation and maintenance of production manufacturing instructions and associated documents.
• Co-ordination of the Quality Management System maintaining document control and record keeping requirements in liaison with technical, operational and procurement departments.
• Development and maintenance of complaints database and production of trend analysis reports.
• To compile specifications in customer format for the major retail multiples.
• Production of regular reports to inform the site on the status of projects and the impact corrective actions are having since implementation.
• Ensure relevant raw material Certificates of Analysis are received in a timely manner to release products into manufacture.
