My client is seeking bright, intelligent, forward thinking managers for these newly created roles. There are times that you will have full accountability for the factory in these roles and be the most senior member of staff on site, therefore they need individuals who are comfortable with autonomy and who can prove to be decisive in their operating style.


This is high volume, manufacturer who can provide a stimulating, exciting, work environment with the opportunity for career development for the right candidates.



Supplying most of the major retailers and managing a team of approx 50 staff including supervisors you will be an experienced manager from the Food production sector.

Effective coaching, absence management, mentoring and staff development are key skills to ensure success in this role as is Plan Attainment.

You will be entirely responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the department.
