Production Shift Manager

Northamptonshire

£32k plus Shift Pattern to be confirmed -

Must be flexible around AM & PM and Night shift

***Preferance will be given in shortlisting to applicants from a Food Manufacturing background***

My client is looking ot add to their busy production site a competent Shift manager to lead their area in terms of process and people.
You will have previous experience within the food sector and will be responsible for all operational matters on shift including leading a team of production operatives -
your role will report into the Operations Manager.
People development through leadership and coaching will also be key.
You will have an enthusiastic and hands on approach with the ability to take on extra responsibilities over time.
A flexible, adaptable and positive approach will lead to success in this role.
