* Ensure maintenance of a safe working environment for all employees, customers, visitors and our neighbours.
* Organises and motivates the site wide shift based Teams across functions to achieve daily and weekly operational requirements, ensuring compliance with Company standards, rules and procedures.
* Monitors and maintains the highest hygiene and housekeeping standards through ‘Clean as you go’ practices.
* Supervises product quality, highlighting non-conformance and taking appropriate and timely corrective actions.
* Ensures organisation of sufficient resource/skills to meet production requirements.
* Ensures availability of raw materials/packaging to meet the production plan.
* Ensures full and accurate reconciliation of stock (Raw Materials & Finished Goods) at the start and end of all production runs. * Achieves/exceeds daily KPI targets, monitoring trends throughout the shift and taking timely corrective action where appropriate.
* Carries out a timely and effective handover between shift Teams, to include a progress/issues report.
* Actively engage in Continuous Improvement activities to exceed achievement of KPI’s and support opportunities to reduce costs.
* Management of Health, Safety and environmental requirements including accident investigations and follow ups and incident control.
* Manages employee administration including time and attendance control, Return To Work interviews, Starters and Leavers Analysis for the site wide shift based Teams across functions,
