Managing a team of Producton Supervisors and approx 150 operatives per shift. My client is looking for an accomplished Shift Manager from a chilled production background who is able to lead and coach their teams to deliver.

Significant requirement for this role is Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience -You will lead the team in driving CI and best practice and be able to demonstrate previous accomplishments in this area.

Effective coaching, absence management, mentoring and staff development are key skills to ensure success in this role. The Operation Manager needs a right hand person who can be relied upon to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the factory.
