My client is seeking a bright, intelligent, forward thinking Food Production manager for this position. There are times that you will have full accountability for the factory in this role therefore they need an individual who is comfortable with autonomy and who can prove to be decisive in their operating style.

This is high volume chilled manufacturer who can provide a stimulating, exciting, work environment with the opportunity for career development for the right candidates.

Supplying most of the major retailers and managing a large team of people including supervisors you will be an experienced manager from the chilled sector.

Effective coaching, absence management, mentoring and staff development are key skills to ensure success in this role as is Plan Attainment.

You will be entirely responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the department.
