My clients Process Development teams are responsible for successfully taking creative concepts and recipes from the development kitchen to large scale production. As a Process Technologist you'll provide the key link between New Product Development and Production and together you'll ensure that high quality products meet the customers requirements.

Your role will be to project-manage products from concept to launch - with support from the Process Development Manager. You will act as an ambassador and champion for Process Development within the factory and work closely with operations and manufacturing teams to co-ordinate trials and introduce new products.

My client requires candidates who have practical process experience with mainstream Food retailers from a chilled food background.

You'll need to have a Food Science degree or similar and some demonstrable practical experience in a process development / technologist role gained in the food industry. Your experience must also include managing and co-ordinating production trials.
