Administration • The issuing of new launch documents to the Production Team, ensuring the teams are fully briefed on new Methods of Manufacture and QAS.

Collation of Microbiological samples for external laboratory, including the input of samples onto AMIS Verification of Systems

According to the “Planned Audit Schedule” verifying compliance to the Quality Management System and Food Safety System.

Daily GMP Audits • Environmental swabbing and monitoring of factory hygiene.

Collation of microbiological samples, collected by production according to the microbiological matrix. • Conduct factory glass and hard plastic audits • Auditing ensuring compliance to newly implemented documents: records, work instructions, QAS, Methods of Manufacture.

Paperwork compliance audits, Procedural Continuous Improvement • Coaching and support of the production team for the improvement of Quality, Food Safety, GMP and Clean as You Go.

Shop floor based in both High Care and Low Risk.
