Food Manufacturing Qualifications:



• Preferably a HNC or above in Food Service or related discipline.



KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED



• Reliable and conscientious • Effective planning and organisation skills • Effective communication skills • Works in accurate / logical / methodical manner • Can do approach



SUMMARY OF THE ROLE



• To design and implement a system that reduces the risk to the business of poor quality ingredients being used. • To monitor the results of all raw material testing / intake assessment and communicate results internally and with supplier • To actively work with suppliers to reduce any risk that a raw material poses to the business • Support the QA team

Role Reports to the QA Team Leader



Responsible for ensuring raw materials are delivered to the quality expected and present minimal risk to the business.

Works in conjuncton with Process Development / Intake / Prep / Purchasing / QA Team / Planning /Technical Coordinator
