Chilled food production



You will manage the team of Quality Assurance Auditors and provide a Technical Support function to the production team ensuring the site is complying with relevant food quality, safety and legality standards.



Team Management: ·

Manage and continuously improve the QA systems ·Audit of QA tasks and records to ensure they are completed in full ·Chair the weekly QA Team meeting and generate action plan ·Regular review of QA workload ·Training ·Staff Reviews Production Support: ·Deal with day-to-day queries from the production team ·Conduct weekly traceability and follow through any non-compliances ·Work with the production team to ensure all systems are understood and followed correctly.


NPD Support:-

Set up and update programs on the checkweigher and metal detectors ·Work with NPD Team to set up photographic standards at launch ·Update and maintain the computerised Recipe program


Other:-
·Compile weekly KPI report for Management Team ·Chair the weekly Customer Complaints Review Meeting ·Member of the site HACCP Team ·Member of the site Internal Audit Team ·Investigate micro issues and ensure any re-sampling
is completed
