Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday
required also to work one Sunday Morning shift every 4 weeks
£27k plus benefits

Candidates must have experience of managing large numbers of operatives on shift.
This is a high volume food manufacturer, fast paced with exciting production process.

Reporting to the Shift Manager and workig in conjuction with another Production Supervisor you will be resposible for around 100 operatives per day including Team Leaders across the shift.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. Proven people management experience. 2. Computer literate 3. Food manufacturing experience is essential.

JOB PURPOSE To provide management of the departmental activities within the Production Department. This includes the effective, safe and efficient planning, organisation and control of all resources, including labour, materials and machinery. This may include working in conjunction with other members of the management team in a work pattern arrangement.
