Requirements:

Ideally a degree in a manufacturing or engineering discipline
Possess a strong understanding of Factory Operations and CI techniques
You will have gained your experience in a dynamic FMCG environment previousely ideally Food / Drinks or Pharmaceuticals
You will be able to influence at all levels Provide clear maangement and direction for your team
Inspire people and change
A track record of people development is vital in this role
You will be responsible for the development and day to day management of your department,
You will implement and review CI initiatives in order to improve KPI's as well as co-ordinating and driving development projects which will lead to performance improvements.
