Responsible for up to 150 staff per shift with approx. 10 direct reports, in a challenging chilled environment, my client is looking for two credible Production Managers who will report into the Factory Manager.

You will have current Food manufacturing experience, Ideally a chilled production background and those candidates who can evidence success in a short shelf life, multi component assembly environment are particularly desirable.

The principle purpose of the role is to:

Lead the team that is responsible for your Factory department.
Drive improvement of financial and non-financial KPIs by training, developing and managing staff, using improvement processes.
Ensure that the department is compliant with all Company policies and procedures. Responsible for food safety and quality of all products on shift.
