My client is a high volume chilled manufacturer looking to further expand their production team with an experienced manager to lead their Night Shift. Supplying all the major retailers and managing a team of approx 50 staff including supervisors you will be an experienced manager from the Food production sector. The Hygiene team will directly report into this role therefore experience in this area is desirable.



Effective coaching, absence management, mentoring and staff development are key skills to ensure success in this role. You will be entirely responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the factory.
