My client is growing and expanding - bucking the trend in the current climate!!

They are now seeking an industry Technical "heavy weight" who can manage the Process Operations for the site - reporting into the Technical Director.

You will be a business driver and a key member of the senior Management team representing the business from a Technical perspective. You will be an accomplished Process Manager with strong evidence and experience of supporting and facilitating NPD launches into the manufacturing process. You will be an energetic and engaging leader of people - coaching and directing your team of Food / Process Technologists.

You will build strong inter-function realtionships and be percieved as a credible Technical professional. You and your team will be responsible for evaluating production processes and following through improvements, ensuring they comply with current legislation and manufactured at best cost / quality.

We need a big player who can quckly make things happen and can dliever in what is an exciting, extremely busy and at times challenging environment.

Preference will be given in the selection process to those who have a significant amount of experience in complex, chilled Food environments and candidates with extensive M&S experience.
