Responsible for the entire Operation area covering production, manufacturing and engineering, coordinating all activities related to the actual manufacturing process, taking a job from inception to final completion, coordinating all labour, materials and subcontractors of the company.

Communicate and drive the company objectives. Establish manufacturing goals and objectives to meet company strategies and goals. Develop and implement the company’s strategic manufacturing plan that accommodates the planned growth, improves productivity, quality and yield, yet reduces costs.

Focus on strategic issues, while managing day-to-day operation.

Development of organisational expertise and effectiveness in all areas scheduling work, disciplinary matters, identifying training needs and progressing career development. Prepare the annual budget, recommend capital improvement, control and monitor section's expenditures.

Coordinate all production activities to attain production goals consistent with high quality, cost effective and delivery requirements.
