Line Leader ( Food Production) -
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Our client is part of a multi million-pound chilled food Group. As part of their continuing expansion in 2009, they now have two new positions for Line Leaders at their Leamington production site and are seeking individuals that ideally have experience running a chilled food production line or similar.

This role is extremely challenging so the company are keen to talk to people who have a real "can do attitude". Your role will be running a dedicated line and it will be your responsibility for operational performance including, quality, safety, service and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will already have been operating in a supervisory capacity i.e. Supervisor, Shift Manager, Cell Leader, etc, in the food industry that is now ready to take the next step. They are looking for individuals that are passionate about food and who have drive, enthusiasm, ambition and a much focused approach regarding continuous improvement. This is a company that wants people to progress within their business as they have a solid succession plan moving forward to promote from within, so you will need to demonstrate your ambition and desire for personal development.

Candidates must have previous food manufacturing experience.
