Market leading Food Manufacturer is looking for an experienced Process Development Technologist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Interim to project manage a new phase in my clients expansion.

As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for the delivery of process specifications and solutions to problems which support the New Product Development department. You will assist with strong technical expertise in process technology in order to solve problems with current and new processes. You will manage all projects from end to end ensuring all in house processes are compliant with regulations and maximise on product quality.

You will drive for results, be a logical thinker with strong problem solving capabilities and able to lead and motivate a team going through exciting changes and increased workload. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous worked within process, in a chilled, ready meals environment.
