My client, a world class manufacturer, is further investing in their manufacturing facility. They are seeking to recruit 3 Improvement Leaders to take their manufacturing processes to the next level. Reporting into the Programme Manager.

Overview:

To deliver Improvements within the Manufacturing excellence programme, through sustained activity of coaching, leading and enabling teams to achieve improvements within their area. Audit the principles to ensure best practise. Become a visionary champion of business best practise / procedures and to develop future employees. Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing are an ongoing business focus for my client.

You will be required to:

Create and deliver Improvement plans with clear financial targets to defined area of the business. Sustain improvements with a permanent fix through Action teams. Clear communication across functions and levels of management. Deliver the agreed weekly financial improvements against detailed activity.

These are exciting and challenging roles. Due to the need to impact their business quickly, my client is seeking applications from candidates who are currently working in a similar role in the Food sector currently.
