Reporting into the Hygiene Manager this role requires a capable candidate from a Food Manufacturing background who is experienced in Hygiene management and procedures in complex food manufacturing environments. Scope:
Manage Hygiene standards, controls, costs and teams across the sites incorporating High Care, Standard Care, Office and site grounds.
Manage and maintain Hygiene Standards Reporting and Hygiene Cost Reporting in Operations.
Support small team based focused improvement activities. Report and track Productivity Improvements.
Primary Objectives;
Develop a clear Hygiene Control and reporting structure for the site.
Develop and maintain departmental cost control.
Identify and implement Good Manufacturing Practices for Hygiene & HS&E on site.
