Areas of Responsibility:
1. Waste Disposal Area 2. Entire site Permiter 3. Canteen / wash room facilities 4. Laundry Rooms / Laundry issue 5. Low care Factory Areas 6. High care Factory Areas 7. Health & Safety

Key processess to be Managed:
1. Monitoring, control and scheduling of all waste managment resepticals on site 2. Staff control and performance 3. Completion and verification of due diligence documentation 4. Control and issue of all cleaning chemicals 5. Control of consumables, cleaning materials and p.p.e 6. Control of workwear 7. Health & Safety

Key areas of the role:
1. Ensuring all areas of factory have adequate hygiene coverage 2. Ensuring all hygiene schedules are completed and hygiene standards are maintained to a high standard 3. Ensure all factory waste removed quickly and effectively whilst recording all necessary waste data 4. Ensure waste collections, pallet collections, cardboard collections are arranged and managed to ensure efficiencies are maintained 5. Ensure correction application of cleaning chemicals including the verification of ph and swabbing results post clean 6. Ensuring all training of staff is completed ongoing 7. Ensuring all staff swipe or timesheets are completed 8. Ensuring all handwashing facilities are maintained 9. Ensuring all p.p.e trays are kept well stocked 10. Ensuring all staff are working effectively and safely 11. Ensuring all staff are wearing correct p.p.e 12. Completion of risk assessments 13. Completion of tool box talks and staff briefings 14. Compilation of all delivery notes following arrival of goods on site 15. Completion as detailed above all necessary hygiene schedules 16. Completion of all bagging up and labelling of all high care equipment post cleaning. 17. Completion of all return to work forms immediately on 1st day of return to work. 18. 1st stage disciplinary action of all hygiene operatives if required 19. Completion of all food waste documents 20. Attend Monthly Health and safety meeting and Champion ongoing development of a excellent health and safety culture
