This is a broad generalist HR Officer role working for a fast paced manufacturing organisation. The role is responsible for delivering the daily HR service to the business and for overseeing all HR processes and procedures to ensure excellence. This role will report directly to the Personnel Manager.
Skills & Experience:
Formal Qualifications and Training - CIPD post graduate qualification ideally.
At least three years generalist HR experience ideally.
Experience of working with management level within a business.
Strong employment law understanding and the ability to practically apply legislation to work based scenarios.
Anticipates the impact of new legislation and acts on this.
Disciplinary experience up to and including dismissal.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
HR Service, Systems, Procedures, including HR & Health and Safety statistical data.
Recruitment Support business with on-going labour planning.
Continual development of the Company Induction process.
Employee Relations Employee Benefits.
