My client is a successful niche Food Manufacturer who is now seeking to add to their Senior Team with an accomplished industry Techncial Executive.

Responsibilities for the following:

Materials specifications – ingredients and packing – including storage conditions Production standards Process Monitoring Infestation Control Product Specifications/recipes Legalities Improvement re taste, aroma, appearance, shelf life Rationalisation/community initiatives Quality control Materials cost reduction Research and development – this includes: 1 Keeping to date with new materials and such as, would improve quality of eat and appearance would enhance shelf life and would reduce costs Development of new concepts/products to meet changing tastes rends and fashions and possible diversification

The ideal candidate will have at least a M.S.C./B.S.C.
