We will recruit and select the best candidates for you to interview, managing the whole process with you through to the day your new employee starts work. We invoice for this service on the day your new member of staff commences work with the business.

Interim Management
This is the ideal solution for complex, higher level skills and critical & demanding projects such as Change Management, Continuous Improvement implementation, Business start ups, Management buy-outs, Redundancy, Factory site integration, Maternity / paternity leave, unexpected absence or vacant positions. RaeBrooke payroll the Interim Manager and the client is invoiced weekly for the service.

Temporary Contractors
A flexible work force that is supplied to clients for a range of eventualities from sickness cover, maternity leave, gaps in headcount whilst recruiting or specific workloads. We are able to offer our clients a rapid response to their temporary requirements due to our extensive Temporary workforce database. RaeBrooke payroll the Temporary worker and the client is invoiced weekly for the service.

Retained Search
This service is usually used for confidential or senior appointments. We will ensure that we agree a recruitment framework with the client for the work undertaken, discuss the targeting of potential candidates and once accurately defined, go out to market to embark on our search. We employ a variety of search techniques with networking and referral capabilities our biggest strength within the sector. We invoice for this work in staged payments during the search process.
