The Framework
1. Commitment to Recruitment strategy
Client and RaeBrooke agree type of service, actions and best attraction approach.
2. Talent Attraction
RaeBrooke will employ methods agreed to stimulate the market and raise prospective candidate’s interest. These can include: Database search, online recruitment, Trade publication advertising, National / local press, candidate networking, client referrals and social networking sites.
3. Talent Selection
Screening, Long listing, Interviewing, Short listing, references if requested, feedback.
4. Candidate Assessments
Dependent on client requirements this can include competency based interview techniques, personality profiling, assessment centres and psychometric testing.
5. Client Recruitment process
1st interview, 2nd interview, factory tour, meet the team, offer negotiated, candidate feedback, offer finalised.
6. Service Evaluation
Post placement is of particular importance to gain a full assessment of the process and how helpful the framework was in appointing your new member of staff. Via an evaluation meeting, Quality control questionnaires and staged contact for updates on the new employee during the first 3 months of starting, it is critical for all involved to clarify the successes and understand any areas for improvement.
